Can you provide an example of a successful case study you've created in the past?

A successful case study I created in the past was during my time working with First Generation Investors (FGI), where I helped launch their first high school chapter and led an 8-week financial literacy workshop. The case study focused on how the program empowered students to understand personal finance and investment strategies, while also creating a community of financial literacy advocates.

I began by gathering quantitative and qualitative data from the workshops, including pre- and post-workshop surveys, feedback from students, and stories about how the workshops impacted their financial habits. I also included testimonials from students who went on to take further interest in finance, demonstrating the lasting impact of the program. The case study highlighted how FGI’s approach—combining engaging content with real-world financial concepts—provided students with practical skills they could apply immediately.

The case study was well-received and presented at FBLA’s State and National competitions, where our team placed 3rd in California and 6th nationally. It showcased not only the effectiveness of the program but also the power of financial education in transforming students' futures. This experience taught me how to combine storytelling with data to create compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.

How do you approach researching and selecting blog topics that resonate with a target audience?

To research and select blog topics that resonate with Vidovo’s target audience, I would start by understanding the unique needs of businesses looking to leverage user-generated content (UGC) and influencer marketing. This involves diving into the pain points and goals of marketers and brand managers who are seeking to boost engagement and trust through authentic content. I would use basic SEO research to identify trending keywords and topics that are being searched by this audience, ensuring that the content I create not only speaks to their needs but is also discoverable. I’d also keep a close eye on industry trends, competitor content, and customer feedback to highlight fresh angles or gaps that Vidovo can fill.

For each blog topic, I’d focus on showcasing real-world success stories where Vidovo’s SaaS platform has helped brands enhance engagement and drive results through UGC and influencer collaborations. This type of content not only highlights the effectiveness of the product but also provides actionable insights for the audience. Collaborating with the Founders would be key in ensuring the blog content aligns with Vidovo’s overall messaging, tone, and long-term vision, while staying authentic to the brand’s mission of revolutionizing brand engagement.

Can you share a successful strategy you implemented to grow a brand's Instagram following?

During my time organizing the Cupertino Night Market, I developed a social media strategy that helped attract over 7,500 attendees to the event. One key tactic was leveraging storytelling through visuals to highlight the event’s unique elements. We posted behind-the-scenes footage of vendors setting up, snapshots of local performers rehearsing, and teasers of the food and cultural experiences attendees could expect. This created excitement and a sense of exclusivity, encouraging shares and engagement.

To grow the following, I also collaborated with local influencers who aligned with the event’s community-driven vibe. By tagging vendors and performers in posts, we tapped into their audiences as well. We used interactive Instagram Stories – polls, countdowns, and Q&A sessions– to connect with followers directly and keep the momentum building. The strategy resulted in a surge in follower growth leading up to the event and high engagement rates, which translated to a record turnout. This experience taught me the value of pairing authentic content with targeted collaborations to create both buzz and community.
