I think keeping influencers engaged starts with building genuine relationships. It would be ideal to treat them as creative partners, not just marketing sources. We could provide services like early access to products, recognizing their contributions publicly, organizing exclusive events, and sending occasional personalized gifts. Regular communication, creative freedom, and ongoing collaboration make them feel valued, leading to stronger, more authentic partnerships.

Managing influencers Involves a lot of moving parts. How do you stay organized and ensure nothing falls through the cracks?
I feel like this could be achieved best with a centralized platform like Notion or Trello that helps track campaigns, deadlines, and deliverables. Keeping a detailed database with influencer info, contracts, and performance metrics should ensure smooth coordination. Standardizing workflows for onboarding, content approvals, and reporting prevents miscommunication. Scheduling tools like Google Calendar and such help stay on top. Lastly, communciation is key, so regular check-ins with the influencer/s and tracking their performance should keep everything on course.

Gifting programs can be hit or miss. What strategies DO YOU USE TO ENCOURAGE influencers TO post, and how do you measure success?
The main strategies I would use would involve a personalized approach (understanding the influencer’s style and tailor to their audience), clear communication of expectations, using exclusive offers (like discounts on the brand for their followers), building long-term partnerships to improve our reliability, encourage influencers to create content that the brand can repost, and so on. As for success, I would look at engagement and click-through rates, our impact on their audience through comments and reactions to see how well the influencer's audience is responding to the sponsor, and influencer feedback after the campaign.
