Share a time that you helped someone over the age of 60 that you're not related to.
I was at a coffee shop very early in the morning and the only other customer there is an old grandma. She hesitantly asked me if I can connect her phone to the wifi of the cafe so she can talk to her son on the phone. It was a very simple help but the smile of hers was really nice.
