Gen Z Advisory Panel
A customer left a negative review on a social media site. How do you respond to their review?
When addressing a negative review on social media, I'd approach it with a blend of empathy, proactivity, and a dash of our brand personality. First, I'd express genuine appreciation, thanking the customer warmly for their invaluable feedback. A heartfelt apology would follow, ensuring it resonates with sincerity and understanding. I'd weave in a personalized element, perhaps referencing something specific about their interaction with our brand to demonstrate that we've truly listened and cared. Offering a solution, I'd get creative - perhaps inviting them to an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at how we're implementing changes based on their feedback, or crafting a solution that’s uniquely tailored to their experience. I'd gently steer the conversation offline to a private channel, ensuring their concerns are addressed intimately and without public scrutiny. A follow-up would be non-negotiable, ensuring not just resolution but delight in our remedial actions. Lastly, their feedback would be the catalyst for a ‘lessons learned’ session, ensuring continuous improvement in our customer journey, and perhaps, they might just be the first to experience the positive change they’ve inspired in our brand.

What poppi flavor would you be (or make up!) and why?
If I were a Poppi flavor, I would undoubtedly be ginger lime. The combination of zingy ginger and refreshing lime perfectly embodies my personality and preferences.
Like ginger, I bring a vibrant and energetic presence to any situation. My enthusiasm and passion for life add a spark of excitement to everything I do. Just as ginger is known for its health benefits, I strive to bring positivity and wellness to those around me.
On the other hand, the subtle tang of lime represents my appreciation for balance and versatility. I enjoy exploring different facets of life and am open to trying new experiences, just like lime can complement a wide range of flavors.
