While working at Panera Bread, I have had to test out many new foods/products we were creating, since I often baked it. For example, when it came to re-creating the candy cookie, I colloborated with my manager in finding ways to decrease the sugar content of the cookie. Unfortuantely, our initial idea of lessening the amount of M&Ms did not work, for it was not as sweet and the cookie did not bring in many sales. Ultimately, we made a partial improvement in redistributing the placement of the M&Ms, so that the sugar is more evenly spread out.
