Oddball
Oddball Brand Ambassador - Community Sampling

This role involves approaching parents and families to offer samples. How comfortable are you starting conversations with people you don’t know? Tell us about a time you had to do this.
I've worked multiple contract jobs that require sampling/engaging potential users (Social Media Startup App, Prediction Market Startup App, New beverage sampling, and more). I also worked for Red Bull sampling over 50,000+ cans in my 2-year+ career. On top of that, I'm very comfortable talking to families, especially with kids. I've had the fortunate experience of working multiple summer camps as well as on and off babysitting. Finally, I worked at Chick-fil-A in high school for over 3 years, which speaks to my work ethic, quality of service, and sociability.

If your goal was to get 200 families with kids to try oddball near a target store, where would you go and what would your sampling setup look like?
I would target Raleigh events that mainly have families. Think downtown Raleigh festivals/streetfares, community park events(there are many here in Raleigh), flea markets, etc. I think there are a few solid options for these events, may it be a chilled backpack for on-the-go sampling or in permitted areas -- a tabling setup. Branded marketing materials would be critical to appear as safe, approachable, and sociable to families with children.

I have a car. There are many targets near me.
