What makes you a critical thinker?
I think of every possibility, every outcome, the worst case scenario but also the most plausible things and with a strategy. I think critically to get a deep sense of the situation and i take into account both my emotions but also the practicality and reality aspects

What in your opinion makes a successful event?
The crew that works behind the scenes who are often just mentioned once in the end credits or during one speech...the entire village of technicians, the creative directors, the people who develop ideas, stories and the ones that help collaborate...its not only the ones seen upfront during an event but the people in total both front and hidden at the back who deserve the credit!
