If I noticed a customer was hesitant to try a new product, I’d start by asking them a few friendly, open-ended questions to understand what’s holding them back—whether it’s concerns about price, quality, or just uncertainty about how it works. I’d share a quick personal experience or testimonial to show I genuinely believe in the product, and I’d highlight its main benefits in a way that connects to their needs. If possible, I’d offer a small sample, demo, or risk-free trial so they can experience it without pressure. My goal would be to keep the conversation casual and supportive, so they feel comfortable making their own decision.
