What is the best video setting on an iPhone to film videos?
For high-quality content, I film in 4K at 30 fps — it offers sharp visuals and smooth motion without eating up too much storage. I also suggest enabling HDR (Dolby Vision) for better colors and contrast, especially in natural lighting. For stable shots, I use a tripod and lock focus/exposure by tapping and holding on the screen. For Reels or TikToks, 1080p at 60 fps works great for smooth, quick cuts. I always shoot with the back camera for better quality and good lighting.
