How do Gen Z individuals want to work and think about their career?
From conversations with classmates and peers as we talk about post-graduation plans, the common themes are respect and flexibility. We aren't fond of the "hustle mindset" especially when we are not paid for the amount of work we are doing. We want a variety of tasks so that every day is not the same, and we feel some purpose and not that we are stuck in a cubicle for the rest of our lives.
