Interview Questions
Saint James Iced Tea
College Brand Ambassador - Spring 2026

What would you do to ensure Saint James Tea becomes a recognizable and loved brand on your campus?
To ensure Saint James Tea becomes a recognizable and loved brand on my campus, I’d focus on consistent visibility, authentic connections, and memorable experiences.First, I’d make Saint James a regular part of campus life, not a one-time activation. That means showing it naturally in my day-to-day content—study breaks, tailgates, celebrations, and social gatherings—so students start associating the brand with moments they already enjoy. Consistency builds familiarity.Second, I’d prioritize in-person experiences like sampling pop-ups, collaborations with student organizations, and co-hosting events where Saint James feels like a social centerpiece. By partnering with Greek life and campus clubs, the brand would spread through trusted peer networks rather than traditional advertising.Third, I’d encourage community involvement and user-generated content by having friends and classmates share their “first sip” reactions, favorite flavors, and where they buy it locally. Featuring real students helps the brand feel approachable and student-driven.Finally, I’d reinforce recognition through strong storytelling on social media—clear visuals, repeat branding, and simple messaging around flavor, vibe, and accessibility (Amazon + local stores). By blending online presence with real-world touchpoints, Saint James would feel familiar, fun, and genuinely part of campus culture.

How would you encourage people to purchase Saint James from both Amazon and local stores while utilizing your social media platform?
I would encourage purchases from both Amazon and local stores by using clear calls-to-action, convenience-based messaging, and platform-specific content while keeping everything authentic and lifestyle-driven.On social media, I’d create two content lanes:Amazon-focused content that emphasizes ease and speed—quick clips like “when you need it now,” bulk ordering for parties, or last-minute plans. I’d use on-screen text such as “link in bio,” “delivered by tomorrow,” or “reorder in seconds,” paired with relatable scenarios like pre-games or weekend plans.Local store content that highlights community and immediacy—showing me grabbing Saint James at nearby retailers before events, tagging the store, and using captions like “support local” or “run, don’t walk—found it at ___.” This also helps viewers visualize where they can buy it in real life.I’d regularly educate my audience by posting store locator reminders, “where to buy” highlights, and side-by-side options (“order online vs. pick up today”). To drive urgency, I’d share limited-time promos, restock alerts, or exclusive Amazon deals when available. Most importantly, I’d keep the content organic and trust-based, framing Saint James as something I already choose and enjoy—not something I’m pushing—so followers feel confident purchasing whether online or in-store.

How would you creatively introduce Saint James to your campus community? -- What organizations or clubs are you apart of?
I’d introduce Saint James by tying it into moments students already love—social, self-care, and campus traditions. I’d host a casual “Sip & Social” pop-up in a high-traffic area or during a campus event where students can sample Saint James while hanging out, listening to music, and taking photos. To make it memorable, I’d add a themed setup (like a weekend wind-down or game-day vibe), branded cups, and a photo moment with a QR code linking to Saint James socials or exclusive content. I’d also collaborate with student organizations to co-host events, encouraging organic conversations and peer-to-peer discovery rather than traditional promotion. On social media, I’d build excitement leading up to the launch with teaser content, countdowns, and “first sip reactions,” then highlight how Saint James fits naturally into college life—tailgates, celebrations, and relaxed nights with friends—while staying responsible and authentic.
I’m actively involved in Greek life and campus organizations, which gives me strong access to social networks and event-based opportunities. Being part of these groups has helped me develop leadership, communication, and event-planning skills, and allows me to connect Saint James with a wide range of students through trusted, familiar spaces on campus.
