What does authenticity mean to you?
I associate authenticity with being able to be myself while also knowing that I'm the only one that can do it. Being authentic means being able to stand in your own beauty and uniqueness while also being able to spread that beauty to others from just being yourself!

How do you create FOMO and social proof?
The best way to create FOMO is to truly embellish your happiest moments online. I believe that the more authentic the moments I share are, the better they are received among my audiences. I can do this with a simple tweet or with a short Reel or TikTok video.

If a customer left a negative review how would you respond?
I would acknowledge their feelings and apologize for any harm done! I'd also do my best to be mindful of their words in regards to my actions moving forward.
