The best way to tap into Gen Z's attention through a social media campaign is to promote it on TikTok, Instagram, or Twitter. Whatever you are trying to promote or get the word out about, have your friends or family members be videoed them using the product or doing the trend. Gen Zers want to feel like they can be related too. If they struggle with mental health, they are going to most likely try anything and everything they can to not feel like they have mental health. It is a very serious topic but it doesn't need to be blasted everywhere. But everyone copes differently and that is okay. Gen Zers are very much followers instead of leaders.
