As a former Division I student-athlete and current Duke graduate student, performance and nutrition are a huge part of my daily routine, but I also believe fitness should be fun, accessible, and realistic—exactly how Barebells shows up. I already create engaging lifestyle and wellness content that resonates with college students and young professionals, and I’m intentional about sharing products I actually use and love. Barebells fits seamlessly into my routine as a high-protein option that doesn’t feel like a “protein bar,” which makes it easy for me to authentically integrate into content like gym days, busy class schedules, and on-the-go fueling. Most importantly, I value building genuine community. I don’t just promote products—I start conversations, share honest experiences, and influence through trust.
