What do you enjoy most about attending your schools football games, game day events, or live/watch parties?
At school football games and sporting events, there is a sense of community around the entire campus. We're all in this together and want to win the game!

What do you think most brands are doing wrong in regards to their content strategy?
Many brands are "late to the game," per say. Trends start and die very fast on social media platforms. By the time a company has tried to join in on a trend, it has already passed and the intent of the company comes off as cringe-worthy. Companies need to make sure they keep on track with trends by constantly being on their social media accounts.

What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
Wellness to me means a good quality of life. Eating the right foods, exercising, maintaining relationships, etc. We need to love the life that we have in order to be "well." I integrate this into my life by making sure I save time in my day for self care. I like to make sure that I feel good and ready for the day. I also spend time with my family and friends every day.
