For shorter content like instagram reels or tiktoks it takes me only a couple of hours including planning, shooting, and editing. For more polished or longer videos the process can take a little longer. This can be a matter of a couple of days. That being said, I am fairly flexible and efficient. I can turn around content quickly when needed without sacrificing quality, especially when working with pre-defined brand assets or templates.

I feel that I am pretty consistently on various social media platforms, like TikTok and Instagram. I also follow marketing newsletters and engage in relevant communities to stay in the loop.

When I see a new trend, I evaluate whether it aligns with me as an individual and the different "brands" that I represent. From there, I either adapt the trend into existing content formats or brainstorm new, trend-based concepts that feel both authentic and engaging.
