How do you approach creating content that promotes self-love and positivity?

When I make content about self-love and positivity, I try to keep it real and relatable. I focus on messages that feel encouraging and uplifting, paired with visuals that are bright, clean, and approachable. I think about what would actually resonate with the audience—what might make them feel seen, inspired, or just a little happier. My goal is to create content that’s both visually appealing and genuinely positive.

Which brands do you think are doing social media visuals really well right now—and why?

I think brands like Rhode, Kate Spade, and Patagonia are doing social media visuals really well right now. Rhode’s content is clean and aesthetic, which makes it instantly appealing. Kate Spade’s Instagram feed is one of my favorites—it’s visually cohesive, with consistent colors, fonts, and playful yet polished fashion imagery. Patagonia stands out for its stunning photography that not only captures attention but also communicates their mission and values. All three brands create content that’s both visually engaging and true to their identity, which makes their social media really effective.

What draws you to working with a wellness or spiritually-led brand like nadii?

I'm drawn to wellness/spiritually-led brands because they promote mindfulness, self care, and intentionally live. All of which I am very passionate about and also trying to find new ways to better myself and my life. I love the idea of making visuals that capture attention but also provide a sense of calm, balance, and connection with the audience.
