What role do you play in a group setting? (leader, introvert, strategist)
While in the past I was called to be a leader, I prefer working in the background. There is much to be discovered when you aren't working in the office all day. Frequent exposure to the work environment and getting exposure to common problems lead to a chance to find solutions.
