How do you stay organized when managing multiple content creators?
I start by outlining a plan or should I say time-table as this will allow me track progress effectively. Then I set the tasks (putting priorities first), assign deadlines and ensure that I maintain communication with each creator, making sure that everyone is on the same page.
Finally, what I then do is regularly review the tasks I assigned, point out mistakes if needed and review the deliverables ensuring consistency, quality and on-time delivery.
