What strategies would you use to increase engagement on the account?

To boost engagement I’d focus on making content that feels fun, relatable, and actually worth watching whether that’s hopping on trends,or using humor. I’d look for ways to get people involved, like asking questions or encouraging duets. Collaborating with creators and reposting can also help the brand feel more like a community. And I’d keep an eye on what’s working so we can do more of what people are actually responding to.

How would you handle negative comments on the TikTok account?

If there are negative comments, I’d fist find out whether they’re genuine feedback or just trolling. For real concerns, I’d respond professionally and with empathy to show the brand is listening. If the comment is harmful or inappropriate, I’d hide or report it to protect the community. I’d also track any recurring themes and share them internally as potential insights.

If only 2 out of 25 creators replied, I’d take it as a sign to adjust my approach. I’d revisit and fix the message to make it more personalized and make sure I’m reaching out to the right types of creators. I’d also try following up or reaching out on different platforms, and maybe test a new group with a mix of small and “mid- tier” influencers. It’s all about learning what works and tweaking the strategy as I go
