Having worked on this extensively as President in Model UN or while leading volunteer groups at my highschool, I find the best way to do so is to clearly establish deadlines and goals from the start - setting clear consequences out. Although the consequences may vary dependent on the frequency of delays and the reasoning for their inability to complete the task, this will be effective at establishing a good productive team. My preferred consequences may begin with a verbal warning, followed by a meeting to discuss this to avoid it turning into a pattern, followed by proportional responses to any escalation of a failure to perform on time.

As a Notion user, it's taken countless hours and tweaking to perfect my workspace to optimize it to my daily needs whether for university or personal commitment. Especially during high school, this helped me simultaneously lead the 2 biggest volunteering organizations (our GirlUp chapter, and our local volunteering group) consisting of around 150 students overall. To maintain my relationships with those students and the organizations we contributed to, it was essential for me to have a tremendous attention to detail to manage the finances and logistics of it all.
