How do you analyze what’s working?
I usually look at a few key things to analyze what's working.
First, engagement metrics—likes, comments, shares, saves. But I don't just look at the numbers; I pay attention to what people are saying in the comments. Are they tagging a friend? Sharing a personal story? That tells me the content really connected.
Second, I look at retention—do people watch till the end? If a video about negative self-talk has high completion rates, that tells me the topic hit home.
I also keep an eye on trends. If a certain audio format or video style is performing well across the platform, I think about how we can put a SELFTALK spin on it.
And honestly? I just listen. If multiple people comment "I needed to hear this today" on a post about self-doubt, that's a signal to create more around that theme.
So it's a mix of data, paying attention to the audience's voice, and staying aware of what's happening culturally.

What pain points do you think would convert best right now?
I think the pain points that would resonate most with people right now are, first, the feeling of being alone with your thoughts. So many of us overthink or sit with our emotions but don't really have a healthy outlet for them. SELFTALK offers that safe space to just... let it out without judgment.
Second is negative self-talk. I think everyone can relate to that inner critic that tells us we're not good enough. The idea of having something that gently helps you reframe those thoughts, that's not just helpful, it's kind of transformative.
And third, I'd say the overwhelm of daily life. People are busy, overstimulated, and rarely take time to check in with themselves. SELFTALK makes reflection easy and consistent , it removes the barrier of "I don't have time to journal" or "I don't know where to start."
So yeah, those three loneliness in our thoughts, the inner critic, and mental clutter feel like real, everyday struggles that SELFTALK can genuinely help with.

Why do you find the mission of SELFTALK interesting?
I find SELFTALK's mission interesting because it tackles something we all struggle with how we talk to ourselves. Most of us are way harder on ourselves than we'd ever be with a friend, and that inner critic can really hold us back.
The idea of having an AI companion that helps you practice kinder self-talk and daily reflection just makes sense. It's like having a gentle nudge to check in with yourself, without judgment. In a world that's so noisy and fast-paced, creating space for people to slow down and process their thoughts feels genuinely helpful.
Plus, combining mental wellness with technology in a way that actually feels personal and caring? That's something I'd love to be part of.
