What's one content area of opportunity you'd first implement after starting this position?
After starting this position I would being with leveraging customer feedback by looking through comments on social media posts as well as looking for which posts had the most engagement. I would do this to understand what our audience wants to see and what they like. I think in order to keep an audience engaged, there needs to be actions taken to show that the company is listening and adapting to the needs of the customers, but also maintaining our own style of marketing.

I had the opportunity to work as one of two campus ambassadors for Samsung Electronics. With this role, I was tasked with promoting Samsung products on social media weekly, along with planning and executing three on-campus events. The main objective of my role was to create more brand awareness for younger generations and promote the features of Samsung products and their comparative advantage over other electronic companies.
