Please share how you would successfully manage all responsibilities and clear communication with the influencers and pager team.
In order to successfully manage all responsibilities and clear communication with the influencers and pager team I would ensure that goals and expectations are defined. First off, I would make sure that goals and expectations are understood on both sides and that both parties know how they will achieve these goals. I will also ensure that there are regularly scheduled meetings to ensure that everyone is on the right path. It is also important that during these meetings performance is being discussed and will allow both teams to understand what they need to do moving forward.
