how would you ensure you are able to stick to the daily posting frequency?
Much of my life is governed by scheduling due to my responsibility on a sports and business front. That said, it would be inserted in my routine as would any training sessions - via. agenda and other methods of accountability.

I've created much of my own content capturing my unique experience as a Pro Athlete for Team Canada en route to the LA 2028 Olympics. I have also done content in partnerships - such as Sunlife, and Canadian Sports Organizations.
