How would you increase revenue on a YouTube channel?
I’d treat the channel like a product. First, I’d analyze analytics to see where viewers come from, where they drop off, and which videos drive the most watch time and RPM. I’d optimize those top performing videos with better hooks, higher RPM keywords, stronger thumbnails, and strategic mid-roll ads. Then, I’d turn winning content into revenue engines by adding relevant affiliates or sponsorship friendly formats and repurposing high performing videos into Shorts to bring in new viewers. I’d continuously test and iterate so creative decisions directly translate into revenue growth.
