I stay organized by building routines into my day. Each morning, I start by reviewing my to do list and deadlines and prioritizing what needs to get done that day. I keep everything, tasks, deadlines, notes, and follow ups in one place so I’m not juggling multiple systems. Throughout the day, I check off completed tasks and adjust my list as priorities shift. I also block time for focused work and set reminders for follow ups, especially when I’m waiting on others. At the end of the day, I do a quick reset by reviewing what’s done and what needs to move to the next day. That daily structure helps me stay organized and consistent, even when things get busy.

I rely on a mix of clear systems and proactive communication. At the start of each campaign, I make sure expectations are clear by aligning on timelines, deliverables, and brand guidelines upfront. I break projects into smaller milestones, track them using shared project management tools, and set internal buffer deadlines to catch issues early.
