When posting content (which would have to be engaging and informative), I would also use current trends and music to my advantage. I would also promote an environment of inclusivity and friendship to let people know their thoughts and suggestions are being considered when creating future products. This would not only show them that they are a part of a community that values their feedback, but it would also strengthen the bond that we have already created.
