Can you share an example of how you successfully helped someone who struggled using your product or service?

One day, a customer came into the store to make a return on a few items. I scanned her receipt, and then the items along with it. My register prompted me to issue some of her return through debit card, and some through store credit, because that is how she purchased the items originally. I explained this to the woman, but she wanted the money all in cash. I showed her where her purchase methods were specified on her original receipt. I also explained that I can not give cash for debit card purchases and that she had to insert her debit card to recieve her refund. She said that she did not have that exact card on her at the time, so I prompted her to use a different debit card (as this is an acceptable return method as well). After this, I funded a store credit gift card for the remainder of the refund price. This experience taught me that many people miss the little details. Having quick solutions, and explaining details thoroughly to people, makes a big difference.

How would you approach building a relationship with someone who actively uses our product but hasn’t interacted with you directly?

I would send them a direct message or email introducing myself. I would address them by first name, to create a friendly tone. I would also ask them if they are enjoying the product that they are using, which prompts a conversation.
