A provider comments on our post: ‘I tried a platform like this before and got burned. Why should I trust y’all?’ Draft your response.

That's totally valid , but trust we're #notliketheothers. DM us and see for yourself 🤍

Show us one brand on TikTok or Instagram whose voice you’d want Swishvo’s to feel like, and one we should absolutely not sound like. Why?

For inspiration, I'd point to Mejuri on Instagram. Their voice is confident but understated, they make you feel something without ever being loud about it. It's aspirational but grounded, like a friend with great taste giving you a genuine recommendation rather than a brand trying to sell you something. Every caption feels intentional, the aesthetic is consistent, and they've built a community of women who genuinely identify with the brand, not just the product. That mix of elegance, authenticity, and community is exactly the energy I think Swishvo should embody. On the flip side, I'd say avoid sounding like Fashion Nova. The constant discount codes, the 'SHOP NOW' urgency, the influencer saturation. it works for mass volume but it completely strips away any sense of exclusivity or trust. When every post feels like a flash sale, the brand loses its personality and starts to feel disposable. For a jewelry and fashion brand, that's the opposite of what you want. people should feel like they're buying into something special, not just grabbing a deal before it expires.
