What is your favorite streaming platform and why?

My favorite streaming plateform is Netflix because it is in my opinion the most diversified one. I can find all types of documentaries, reality shows, movies and series from all around the world and they always have something new. Their recomendations are also on point. However it is not perfect as it is not doing very well with the competition. But for me, it is the one that I do use the most.

For Home From College, I would recommend to invest in a AI algorithm that will analyze and correct the resume based on specific criteria. The AI could give a mark out of 100 and then give some feedback and advice to make it better. The AI algorithm could even be more specific depending on the sector or the country that the resume is seeking.

What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?

Wellness to me is exactly what I want more in our lives and it is what can be easily forgotten. Fortunately, nowadays, we do hear more about wellness, especially mental health. Nonetheless I feel like everybody is talking about it without actually saying how, without giving any solutions which makes wellness a concept that is well-known but not actually integrated in our lives or at least not enough. Now regarding myself, wellness is practicing healthy habits everyday to feel better in my body but also spiritually, emotionally, physically and socially. For instance, I try to start and to end my end with 10 minutes of pilates and breathing exercices to release any pressure or stress and after that I drink a glass of water with lemon juice. Also, I love having a 15 minutes dance session whenever I am feeling overwhelmed. A few times a week, I do write a journal and I've realised throghout the years how good this was as it helped me having a throw back and externalize through writting my feelings (as I do struggle with that). I have my ups and downs but I am triying to stay focus on wellness and without, it is impossible to achieve goals in a helathy way.
