What is a Brand you'd like to see on HFC?
I would love to see Aerie on HFC! I think they are such a positive influence in the activewear and intimates space, and would make a great company to work with college students and post-graduates. I own lots of their sweats and activewear pieces and would be so excited to work with the teams behind some of my favorite products.

In less than two sentences, How do you handle a difficult customer interaction?
I always try to treat customers with respect. In a difficult situation, I do everything I can to let them know I’m working to resolve the issue and using all available resources to help. If needed, I’m also quick to ask for support to make sure they get the best solution possible.
