Describe a time you resolved a last-minute event issue.
I once had the last-minute event issue of not having the proper set up supplies when creating a balloon garland for a corporate holiday party. I resolved this issue by delegating tasks to fellow team members so that we could get things ready to go as quickly as possible. As the creative visionary for the decor, I stayed on site and kept working with the materials we had while someone else got more garland supplies and another person ventured out to find ladder we could use. Our efficient and creative problem solving coupled with the buffer time allotted in our schedule allowed us to still be done in time for a grand celebration!
