How will you hold members accountable for completing tasks on time?
I will create an organized google calendar with all the tasks that need to be completed, this way myself and the members can actively see deadlines. As well as running a chat feed (unsure on the platform I would use right now, but there are lots of options). I would use this to check in on all the member to see how they are doing on their projects, I would also remind them of upcoming deadlines and answer questions/help out if they need it. I would also make it clear that my line is always available if they need me for something.
