Can you describe a situation where your feedback significantly improved a product's quality?
Yes, I work for an organization called Strong365, which recruits teenagers to review various mental health resources that support outreach for the mental health of teenagers and then provide feedback to make those platforms not only user-friendly but teenager-friendly. At our recent meeting, we were able to look at and review the stats of our impact. The statistics showed great improvement in interactions and the likelihood of teenagers actually getting help.
