What's three important aspects you consider when adopting a new social app into your daily screen time?
Easy to use - The general application is easy to navigate and learn. Consistently engaging - Apps that are trending tend to consistently provide more information and adapt to the customers' needs. Customers tend to join those apps because of how engaging and new the content is. Useful - Apps that bring some kind of value over other apps. For example, BeReal took off because it allowed you to post realistically and frequently, which is very different from the idea that Instagram is for your best self.
