Describe your customer service experience.
As an external relations assistant at Mount Holyoke College's Career Development Center and a recent Talent Acquisition intern at Revlon, I am well versed in customer service. In both positions, I interact with students and employees daily, problem solve issues that arise, complete administrative tasks, and conduct outreach through phone and email. I also have experience as a receptionist at Planet Fitness, where I greeted customers with a positive attitude, provided information on pricing, membership, and company policies as well as gave tours around the establishment.

Have you ever attended or worked at a music festival?
While I have never attended a music festival, I have experience promoting items in a similar setting. My experience in fundraising on large college campuses includes engaging with passing students to encourage their participation, standing for long hours, and successfully raising over $600 in sold items.
