Do you enjoy learning about and sharing health/wellness trends and hacks? If so, share one with us you love!

Yes, I am very passionate about wellness and improving your own well-being as many of us get so caught up with life and forget to priortise ourselves. Favorite hack that I practice everyday is boxed breathing and it is done by 4 second intervals of inhaling, holding, exhaling, holding and repeat. This aims to reduce anxiety and clears your mind.

How would the content you create help build a community and at the same time give the customer assurance on the product they are going to purchase?

When it comes to creating a community the most crucial part is to emphasise the one thing that brings them together. Identifying a niche and studying them is key to attraction. By doing so, I would be able to put myself in their shoes and understand their preferences. With that, I can use vocabulary that resonates with them and ideally make the whole content relatable. Because of this, the customer will feel a sense of collective responsibility and gain that sense of trust to buy that very product.

How would you describe your knowledge of menstrual health? Do you feel informed on proactive and preventative health measures?

I believe my knowledge is quite proficient, as a female I am aware of the basics of the menstrual cycle as well as the evermost importance of menstrual hygiene. Menstrual health awareness is making its way through the media despite being shadowbanned by many platforms. It is critical to break the "taboo" behind this topic and educate women. Yes I somewhat feel informed about the preventative health measures but wish it was discussed more.
