I am perfectly confortable working in a start-up environment. I believe that it builds character and that if we believe in our product it will suceed in the world. It's about not giving up, having the urge to grow the buisness to its maximum potencial without falling in the progress or loosing hope.

Can you provide an example of a successful social media marketing campaign you've worked on?
I've worked with my aunt in her small buisness. It's not well known, its mostly regional but we have grown sales over the years and we have even engaged a lot of costumers by social media.

How do you strategize content creation to target Gen-Z audiences?
I strategize by going in trending sound or trending dances, etc. But also by being careful of not being "cringy". This being a skincare brand i would probably contact influencers (big or small content creators) and offer them products in exchange of videos of it. The power of the so called "get ready with me" are amazing, they influence incredibly to the audience the products (me even being a victims of this merchandising)
