Describe your approach to onboarding new partners efficiently.

My approach would be to make the process clear and organized from the start. I would explain what the partnership is about, what is expected, and what the next steps are so there is no confusion. I would make sure they have all the information and links they need and answer questions quickly. I would also keep track of who has completed each step so no one gets left behind. This way onboarding is fast, smooth, and easy for everyone.

How would you identify influencers that align with a brand’s values?

I would start by understanding what the brand stands for and what kind of audience it wants to reach. Then I would look at influencers’ content to see if their style, tone, and topics match those values. I would check things like how they talk to their followers, what kind of brands they already work with, and whether their content feels genuine. I would also look at their engagement and how their audience reacts, because that shows if people really trust them. This way the influencer feels like a natural fit for the brand instead of just a paid ad.

what does wealth mean to you? (no wrong answers!)

To me, wealth is not just about having a lot of money. It means having financial security and not always stressing about bills or emergencies. It also means having choices, like being able to invest in your future, help your family, or take opportunities without worrying all the time. I think real wealth is having stability, freedom, and peace of mind, not just expensive things.
