You don't like the product, how do you proceed with this gig? Who do you notify and what steps do you take?
I would definitely take notes throughout my testing phase. Figure out why the product didn't work for me. I would notify the person I am under (direct contact) and let know why it didn't work for me. Every women is different and certain products are a different experience for everyone.
