Can you share an example of how you successfully helped someone who struggled using your product or service?
In school, during a group project, one of my teammates was really struggling to understand a key part of what we were working on. I stepped in and explained it in a simpler way, using examples that made sense, and even put together a quick guide to help them out. By the end, they got it and were able to jump in and contribute, and our project turned out great.

How would you approach building a relationship with someone who actively uses our product but hasn’t interacted with you directly?
I’d start by understanding how they’re using the product—looking at their behavior, and preferences, and potential issues through data available. Then, I’d reach out with a specialized message, highlighting insights about their usage and offering value, like tips, solutions, or resources, to open the door for meaningful engagement.
