Interview Questions
Yaya Chang Art
Social Media Coordinator

How would you engage audiences for art?
To engage an audience for art, I focus on storytelling and interaction. People connect deeply when they understand the meaning, process, or emotion behind the piece. I share time-lapses, before-and-after transformations, or behind-the-scenes clips showing how the artwork was created.

Can you provide an example of a successful social media campaign you've managed in the past?
While I’m still building my audience, I recently ran a focused content push on my YouTube Shorts channel (FitHub) where I uploaded 1 Short daily for 10 days based on trending fitness topics. I used U.S.-based hashtags, optimized titles, and scheduled the uploads at peak American times (9 AM EST). One of those Shorts hit over 40,000 views in 3 days, and I gained over 200 subscribers from that single post. I considered it successful because I saw a clear growth in views, engagement, and watch time — all driven by consistent content, platform-specific timing, and trend adaptation. It proved that strategy matters just as much as creativity.”

How long (Generally) does it take you to create a piece of video content?
I always focus on balancing speed with quality. If there’s a trending topic, I can fast-track and post within hours to stay relevant, while still keeping the video clean, engaging, and audience-focused.”
