How would you launch a new app on a college campus?
My first target audience would be freshmen since they are the most eager and enthusiastic group in any college. Subsequently, I would spread word via recruiting volunteers and interns who would not only aim to develop their skills, but would also like to show off the new project and firm they are working with.

How will you hold members accountable for completing tasks on time?
In my experience, I have found that maintaining a positive work environment builds trust both ways among the team leader and members. Apart from timely updates and check-ins, I make sure that team members understand the gravity of deadlines and consequences of missing them. This goes hand in hand with the perquisite of informing beforehand in case of delays or failures to complete the task.
