What's one creative way to engage with new and existing consumers?
A way to creatively engage with both new and existing customers is by coming up with creative way to market your product, such as replacing a magazine or newsletter with stickers or a sample of a product, in order to give the customer the feeling that they are important and that their opinion does matter in production. By providing creative marketing strategies, customers are more likely to remember your name and use your services in the future.

When reviewing a product, I feel that it is important to consider how the product affects me (both in the short and long term) and how it may be able to affect others, especially those who are different from myself. In other words, is the product universal and beneficial to all or just a specific group?
