Describe your approach to onboarding new partners efficiently.

My approach to onboarding new partners would focus on clarity and organization. I would provide a concise onboarding guide with brand guidelines, deliverables, and timelines, to eliminate confusion from the start. I would keep things organized by gathering everything we need upfront, sending contracts quickly and efficiently, and clearly explaining the next steps so the process feels smooth and easy on both sides.

How would you identify influencers that align with a brand’s values?

First, I would identify the brand’s core values, target audience, and positioning. For example, if a brand like Bloom Nutrition emphasizes wellness, balance, and authenticity, I would look for creators who consistently promote healthy, realistic lifestyles in their everyday content. Next, I would research influencers whose audience demographics match the brand’s ideal customer. Factors like age, gender, interests, and location are crucial. I would review their content themes and messaging consistency, the way they speak to their audience, and their previous collaborations to ensure brand fit. Ultimately, the goal is to find influencers whose lifestyle and content can naturally integrate the product, so partnerships feel organic rather than forced and overly promotional.
