What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
Wellness means being in a state where your physical and mental health are in a positive state. I integrate this into my life by doing both cardio and muscle workouts and making sure to take supplements like vitamins and others like ashwagandha and creatine.

What is your favorite streaming platform and why?
As biased this may be, I would say it is Peacock. It used to be Netflix with all of my favorite shows on it but once that is over, it's over for awhile. My love for soccer grew during the new season of the Premier League and Peacock has been able to offer me the latest, live games fresh out the box. Netflix doesn't have live channels. I have been able to watch not just the Premier League but also the World Cup that we are all enjoying at the moment with many agreeing that it has been one of the more enjoyable World Cup in a long time. Most of my time spent on consumer media has been on Peacock or Youtube whether it's for watching soccer/football or even re-watching one of my favorite shows, The Office.
