Imagine you’re having a bad mental health day—what kind of video would you make that still feels relatable?
Make the content as human as possible. Share your suffering, but not in an overbearing way. For example, start by saying, today I just didn't fell like... me. Use graphics of common bad day experiences like spilling coffee and forgetting wallet or keys(tapping pockets). Make it relatable but hopeful in the end. You can either go for a sad confession like mood or a meme-like more energetic style where you use music and fx to replace your energy

When you scroll TikTok, what makes you stop and watch a video all the way through?
A captivating hook. The first few seconds either peak my curiosity, make me laugh, are relatable or a combination.
Concise, but clear and fun content throughout the video is also important because I need to be engaged whether by the pacing keeping me laughing/smiling or continuous suspense

If you were making a TikTok about feeling stuck or overwhelmed, what would your opening line be?
You know when you thought you had it all figure out and then... life just happens?
