I have extensive experience filming and editing social media videos through both personal content creation and managing social media accounts for two businesses. In those roles, I regularly film, edit, and post short-form videos designed to increase engagement, promote products, and highlight events. This has helped me develop skills in creating content that aligns with a brand’s voice while also staying relevant to current trends.

I also run my own UGC TikTok and Instagram accounts, where I create lifestyle and day-in-the-life content and have partnered with multiple brands, including Uber. For these collaborations, I film and edit videos that naturally integrate the product into my routine, using tools like CapCut and TikTok’s editor to add transitions, on-screen text, and trending sounds. Through this experience, I’ve learned how to create authentic, engaging content that performs well and resonates with viewers while meeting brand goals.

To create an engaging TikTok video highlighting the benefits of a hydration product, I would naturally incorporate it into my “day in the life” content. For example, I’d film myself stopping by Walgreens to grab the drink, then seamlessly integrate it into my study routine. I’d show moments where I’m feeling tired or losing focus, take a sip, and then transition into being more productive and energized.

I’d use quick cuts, trending sounds, and on-screen text to emphasize key benefits like hydration, focus, and convenience. This approach feels authentic because it shows the product being used in a real-life scenario rather than as a forced advertisement, making it more relatable and engaging for viewers.
