What kind of brands or content do you naturally gravitate toward on social?
I enjoy get ready with me's, storytimes, and shopping hauls. Pretty basic stuff! Otherwise, I'm watching edits of TV characters or athletes.

What’s your process for gifting or seeding products to influencers and ensuring follow-through?
I would provide the influencer with a discount code for 50% of the product's value, and would refund them the other half along with payment after the content is posted and the terms of the collaboration are fulfilled. I would also of course use an Influencer Agreement or Marketing Contract to make sure these collaborations are legally binding.

How do you ensure that social media content aligns with brand voice and values?
I would create a comprehensive, simple, and visually appealing one-pager that I would present to influencers before agreeing to any collaboration. The one-pager would have do's, don'ts, references for tone and quick tips to creating an engaging video. I would also review content personally - ideally, I would watch and approve the video before posting. if that's not possible, I'll make sure to watch the videos soon after they come out.
