Can you share an experience where you saw significant results from a marketing campaign you led/were a part of?
During my time working with an international youth program at NC State , I helped lead a digital marketing campaign aimed at increasing engagement and applications for a summer teaching initiative. Drawing from my background in psychology and communication, I focused on crafting messages that emphasized personal growth, cultural exchange, and community impact values we knew resonated with our target audience. I helped redesign our social media strategy, incorporating storytelling elements from past participants and optimizing posting times based on engagement data. Within just a few weeks, we saw a 25% increase in website traffic and a noticeable spike in qualified applications.
